Shipping policy
Once we receive your order we insert it in our next available production day. We then ship to your address on the same date.
Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control, some orders may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery dates.

Additional Information
Our international shipping is carried out by DHL. Please contact your local customs office to find out more about what taxation policies are in place. As these vary from country to country, our shipping costs do not include customs clearance charges or import duties and these might come as an additional cost.
Please note: due to customs regulations, coffee shipments may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. If we cannot deliver to your location, we will contact you and issue a refund.
Return & refund Policy
We want every Peacocks Coffee order to reach you in perfect condition. Because our products, from freshly roasted coffee to handmade merchandise, are crafted with care and often made to order, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives with documented damage to the packaging or contents, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@peacockscoffee.com with:
-Your order number
-Photos clearly showing the damage
Once verified, we’ll offer a refund or send a replacement at our expense.
Exceptions:
Gift cards are non-refundable.
