Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order on our website.
By using our site and purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to order.
Our products are sold only to end consumers, not for resale.
2. Placing your order
When you place an order, we will send you an email confirming we received it.
Your order becomes confirmed once we ship your products, at which point a binding contract is created.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are out of stock, billing details are invalid, or we suspect fraud.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Shipping costs depend on your location and are added at checkout.
Payment methods are those available on our site (credit/debit cards, etc.).
4. Shipping & delivery
We ship to countries listed on our site.
Delivery times depend on your location and product availability.
Please inspect packages upon arrival. If packaging is damaged, do not accept delivery and contact us immediately.
5. Returns & refunds
Coffee
Due to the nature of coffee as a perishable product, we do not accept returns of coffee.
If you receive coffee with damaged packaging or delivery issues, please email us at info@peacockscoffee.com with photos and details within 7 days of delivery.
We will evaluate the case and, if approved, send a replacement at no extra cost.
Merchandise and Other Products
We do not accept returns of merchandise (t-shirts, ceramics, hats, sweatshirts, etc.).
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with evidence within 7 days.
We will arrange a refund or replacement if the damage is verified.
6. Your consumer rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 2 months of discovering the issue to exercise your rights.
7. Cancellation of orders
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can refer to the Returns & Refunds policy above.
8. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
If such an event affects your order, we will inform you and arrange delivery as soon as possible.
