El Morito Gesha - Guatemala
€45.00

Visiting El Morito (Cup of Excellence winning producer) in December 2025 was mind-blowing.
At elevations reaching 2200 masl, Gesha trees grow under a carefully managed shade system, surrounded by protected forests. This environment slows cherry maturation, building sweetness and increasing cup complexity.
This washed Gesha, fermented aerobically for 72h is a clear example of a clean, complex and floral cup profile, one that reflects intentional choices at origin and supports a long-term farming approach.

Las Lajas - Guatemala
€32.00

A six-hectare farm in Sololá located at 1900masl, run by agronomist and fermentation expert Luis Sanchez who we were lucky to meet in December 2025. He produces one of the most innovative Caturra through a two-stage experimental fermentation process: 48h anaerobic and 192h with inoculation of IPA yeast. The farm is a great example of regenerative agriculture and agroforestry approach showcasing the potential of terroir and processing in Guatemala.

Jenner Cotuc - Guatemala
€23.00

We first met Jenner Cotuc in 2024 and visited his farm again in 2025 in San Pedro La Laguna, Lake Atitlán. A young agronomist and producer, Jenner represents the new generation of specialty coffee in the region, combining Mayan heritage, technical knowledge and long-term farming vision. This Caturra comes from the plot named Pajulya’ (“place of water”) and is grown within an agroforestry system at 1800 masl. Processed as a 96h anaerobic natural, it reflects both innovation and a strong sense of place.
